[PCR-1000] TalkPCR Signal Strength

I loaded the demo of talkPCR in my '1000 and have a question: When I scan
between frequencies the scan doesn't always stop directly on the channel.
Sometimes high by 5K and sometimes low by the same amount. The old Azden
series of Ham 2 meter rigs had an "on channel" feature that assured the scan
would stop directly on the frequency. Is this possible with talkPCR?
