[PBARC] Disaster Exercise

Good afternoon! I hope all of you are doing well. I received a notice of a
Disaster Exercise for Jefferson county. This exercise is sponsored by
Jefferson County Office of Emergency management and the Jefferson County
chapter of the American Red cross. It is scheduled for May 15,2013 and will
run from 9am until about 1pm.This will be a NaturalDisaster type exercise,
tornados,floods and such.Please keep this in mind . We as Ham Radio
operators should do all we can to help in Emergencies. This is one of the
prime reasons for keeping our priviledges of radio frequencies . There will
be a pre-planning meeting  Februrary 13,2013 for the leaders of each group
involved. The ARES/RACES leaders will represent HAMS and let us know what we
need to do.
