[PBARC] PBARC webpage

All -

I've begun work on the pbarc webpage (www.pbarc.net) and I need your 
input especially with respect to articles and pictures.

I just got the domain this week so the page is pretty rough right now 
because I've not had much of a chance to work with it.

Any pictures from our past events would be welcomed.  A write up about 
the event would be nice too.

Also, PBARC has been asked to participated in this year's railroad-i-ana 
in April.
