As of right now Here's who I show as possible attendees:

Dean is going to check on having an off duty police officer at the 
event.  There should be two ambulances at the event.  I would have to 
assume they will be manned by a crew of at least 2 each.

Dean indicated that there will be T-Shirts (which I hope to pick up 
early next week) that will be a shade of green with some identifying 
lettering indicating that we are event staff.  I would still recommend 
you bringing a vest of some sort if you have one just in case the 
T-shirt doesn't fit.

We should have a table near the entrance of the event which will be held 
at the Dumas City Park ... it may be called memorial park. There will be 
signs on 65 telling you where the event is.

I will get a better time but I know the church members are leaving 
around 730AM.

As for the event... if the weather doesn't cooperate there is no plan b.
