FYI -

Karen needs abut 30 minutes or so of our time.  So as you can see May 3 
and May 9 ARE NOT good but any other night.  Please let me know your 
preference by April 28.

Any evening except May 3 or 9 and I could do it then if we don't start until 6:30. It should only take about 30 minutes for me to go over the scenario and what we are wanting you guys to do.

I apologize for being a little slow on getting back to you on your
suggestion of us meeting with you to discuss the exercise.  What dates
are best for you?  If you give me a couple of dates I would appreciate
it.  I'll get the word out and see what dates works for the most of us.
An evening meeting would be the best for us.
