[PBARC] Tone Board has arrived

I have received the Tone board that we will be installing on the 442.175 
repeater.  The primary gain from the tone board will be to keep the 
"noise" out of the 442.175 repeater.  It is still possible that the 
noise will "piggy-back" on a transmission that opens up the repeater and 
keep the repeater transmitting until the repeater time-out timer kicks in.

Installation should be straight forward (so Ken Arck, the rc-210 guy 
says).  Tone information will be shared once it is selected.
