[PBARC] 146.70 Pereater Update

Folks,
Just wanted to give you an update on the repeater.
1. The audio chip and the squelch amp chip in the receiver were bad. I 
had replacements for both. It seems that
the transmitter and receiver are working as they should.
2. The ARCOM controller had 2 bad chips as far as I can tell thus far. 
Hope to get the chips on order tomorrow
along with some spares for all of the chips with a couple of exceptions. 
The last time I worked on this, I wound up
ordering chips for the controller 3 times (different chips each time). 
Hopefully, this time, it will only take one order.
