I had  an older HP Pavilion 750N desktop become available to me last 
night.  As a result, I'm now able to easily configure RC-210 controllers 
since the 750N has a true serial port.  I made an initial upload of a 
configuration file used on the AF5AR repeater and will be modifying it 
for use on the 147.240 repeater.

Ideally, I hope I can  wait until the latest release of the RC-210 
firmware is released which will allow me to program a macro that will 
query the Real time clock.  I've had it as a beta for about a month but 
not installed it on anything hoping that a "prod" version would become 
available.

I unpackage the 24/84 repeater and beginning to wire up the power 
connections.  Testing should begin shortly...

146.700 still has issues.  I hope to retrieve it to day so that the 
process of determining the problem can begin.
