[PBARC] SET and earthquake exercise

If you are available and have HF privileges, listen to 3.9875 MHz 
(Razorback Net) for the earthquake exercise and SET.

I tried to check in from 8:00 to about 8:15 but couldn't get through the 
pileup on my mobile then had to take care of work matters.

If you can, check in and identify yourself as being from Jefferson county. 

I'm listening on 146.700 and 442.175 so if needed try and catch me there.
