Please pass this information on to all amateur radio nets and forums in 
Arkansas
 The planned Statewide Hospital Exercise on May 20th has been postponed 
due to the  Influenza situation and it's related uncertainties.

As soon as I learn of a rescheduled date I will post more information. 

As this event was set close to the end of the fiscal year, I do not 
expect re-scheduling to occur soon, and I would expect this event to be 
now at least a few months out, as funding for the exercise will need to 
be reworked into the next years budget.

 To All:

Please pass this information along to your regional hospitals so they
can plan accordingly.

Due to significant uncertainties with the swine flu (H1N1), the
Statewide Exercise scheduled for May 20th has been postponed. We are
looking at the grant wording and working with ASPR to determine the most
convenient options for rescheduling. This will also include any training
and meetings connected to the exercise, such as evaluator and controller
training and the final planning conference.

As soon as we have additional information, I will let you know. If you
or any of your regional hospitals have questions please contact me.
