[PBARC] 147.240 - UPDATE

It appears that 147.240 has gone off the air.  I'm unaware of anyone 
taking the repeater off the air so it has likely experienced a hardware 
failure of some kind.

My last visit to the site had me looking at the power supply as the 
voltage was bouncing around based on the meter on the Astron.  It is my 
intention to replace the power supply with a spare but that most likely 
won't happen until tomorrow (friday).
