[PBARC] 147.240 on the air

The *147.240 *repeater *has been returned* to service.

There are a few remaining cleanup items that we need to work through:

1) The ID is incorrect - this will be changed this afternoon/evening.
2) The autopatch is *NOT* connected as of right now.  That should be 
taken care of by this afternoon.
3) Instructions on how to use the patch will have to be written up and 
distributed.

Thanks for your patience during this but we do have it back on the air.

*Regarding 146.700*:

The audio levels do need adjusting and we should have that taken care of 
by the end of the week.
