[PBARC] Test Session 21 Feb 2009

All -

Unlike the week before, I didn't get the key to the room the Friday 
before the session.  That wasn't a big problem as the bank opened 
promptly at 9AM and we were ready to test very shortly thereafter. 

We had one candidate from Thornton Arkansas and he passed his general. 

My many thanks to the VEs that made themselves available these past two 
weekends to help with testing - Darrel Waller, Keith Cook, Joe Green and 
Earl Smith.
