[PBARC] Echolink and other items

It appears that I have gotten EchoLink to work (again).  There may still
be some minor tweaking on the audio levels but it does seem to be
working.  For the time being, it will be on the 147.165 repeater with it
eventually being moved to the 442.175 (pending PBARC approval).

Another tidbit that you may not know about, if you enter your ups
tracking number into Google search, it will take you to the UPS site
with the information on your package.  Don't know if it works for the
other shippers but it does for UPS.
