The 146.700 repeater is back on the air after I opted to do hard controller reset.  The main reason that I opted for the reset was that I couldn't gain access to the privileged mode to program the controller. I could execute some commands but not all of them. The reset restored the "repeater" function and let me reset the access code so that I can begin restoring the repeater functionality.

I will be working to get some of the functionality restored but it will be a work in progress.  After a week or so, I will ask that you listen to the repeater and let me know if you notice anything that doesn't sound right.
