The Pine Bluff Amateur Radio Club met April 20, 2004, with 5 members
present. The March minute were read and approved. The treasurer reported a
balance on $xxxxxx.xx.

REPEATER REPORTS: All repeaters are up and running. There is a
problem with the weather announcements getting into cable channel 18. From
tests run, Glenn feels the Cable Company is at fault, not our equipment.

OLD BUSINESS: Jack reported water in the underground antenna cable
lines running from the tower to the radio room. Until this is correct no
further work can be done at the Red Cross. Glenn is to contact Stan to see
if the Scouts are still interested in the Power Point No Code Class. If
they are a date will be set for the class.

FIELD DAY: Jack contacted Wally and there is a possibility we will be
able to use the new RACES van for Field Day. Wally specified that a sign
reading RACES would have to be displayed if the van is used. If the van is
used Field Day will be held on the parking lot in front of the OEM office.
Operating hours will be set at a later date. We are also to decide if we
desire to have a picnic for the member's family. Mary Ellen volunteered to
make the RACES sign.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned
.
Respectfully submitted,

Mary Ellen Jehlen, N5STN
Secretary.
