[PaQSO] Digital Modes

If I ever decide to go single op, I plan to run so2r, which would open up
the ability to run digital on the second radio. As others have said though,
with all the action on cw and ssb, it is hard on give up rates to grab the
digital contacts. Perhaps giving 3 points for digital qsos would spur on
activity? I know people hate rule changes though.

I know some people really love digital, but it's certainly third wheel to
ssb and cw.
