[PaQSO] Digital Modes

I know I was strong supporter of adding digital modes but it never seemed to take off. There is way to much going on with SSB and CW to make any good effort at the digital modes.
Id like to see a little contest outside of our pa qso party.  Id be willing to help get something organized if anyone like too make an effort.
