Have to agree w/Ron.
Participants only have a year to read the Rules and learn what logging software handles the quirks of the PQP that caused the same headaches last year, and maybe run a test session in the months leading up to October to get familiar with it.
I suggest as soon as you hear, "You're a dup, OM," the next thing out of your mouth is, "QRZ? This is KØBAK/R in <Cty>."
Waste not another moment to work the next guy who knows how to log you again and again.
