[PaQSO] Big storm hit here

Tried to get on  PA QSO Party this evening, but storm was coming in from 
the west, and probably was hitting Pennsylvania, because only one CW 
station was able to hear my "mighty 5 watts".  Typically I have no 
trouble working Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and other states in that area 
on 80 meters in the evening.

There was (maybe still is) a big storm which hit Kalamazoo County, 
Michigan as well as others.  The football game at Western Michigan 
University was flooded out, and the weather bureau reported 6 inches of 
rain in City of Kalamazoo.

Hope things clear up by tomorrow afternoon, or I'll send in my one CW Q 
and one multiplier.
