[PaQSO] Preliminary updates and plaque sponsors

The third and presumably final preliminary score update will be issued in the next couple days. After that, the results will be tallied, and the certificates will be printed.

We added a lot of plaques this year, and not completely surprisingly, some have not been sponsored yet. So I will make another pitch for sponsors of classes we have already named, and any classes that do not get a sponsor will have a certificate go to the winner, until such time as we get a sponsor.
