[PaQSO] Preliminary scores udated

The Preliminary scores have been updated again at http://nittany-arc.net/PAQSO.html

Only the instate scores have been updated, make certain the download file has a “reva' in the file name, otherwise you need to refresh the Browser page. 

As before, if you don’t see your Callsign or if you have corrections to be made, make certain to let me know. I’m pretty certain I have all the corrections from the first preliminary scores, but I’ve had a fine head cold this past week, so the old noggin isn’t as sharp as usual - which isn’t sayin’ that much…… 8^)
