[PaQSO] Spotting list

This year along with four friends we were lucky enough to achieve a clean sweep. We did so without the assistance of the Internet or the spotting list. I think it would be wise to consider having an assisted and unassisted categories to level the playing field.

Regardless the PA Q so party is an excellent event and I look forward to many more years of participation.
