[PaQSO] long 40m, try 80m more?

Greetings All. 40 m has been much more often than "normal" has been LONG. EPA working Me Mi Oh Va and NC not hearing 2 land or 3 land. I don't see things changing for the contest. 40m didn't seem to shorten up until about noon. I would not look for local contacts early on. You learn what it means to Work a station.
