[PaQSO] Web page update, records and Bonus station

Good day all,

The web pages and records have been updated:

As well, it turns out that we will still be having W3UU as this year’s bonus station. Come celebrate the 70’th anniversary of the Harrisburg Radio Amateur Club this fall as they operate our party bonus station. Sorry for any confusion I may have started!

And although I believe the records are now pretty well updated and accurate, let me know if you or your club have been shortchanged, and we’ll get it fixed.
