[PaQSO] Bonus station reprise

I’ve been doing two years of bonus stations in past years. It’s a way to allow groups to have more tim to prepare their efforts.

The downside of that, is that there is more time for a schedule conflict to arise, and sure enough, that has happened for the Harrisburg club this year. 

So, we do have an opening for a bonus station for the 2016 PQP.

Any groups interested are encouraged to contact me, and put together a plan.
