[PaQSO] warning on PDF calculations and confirm rule for county

Tom,

I know that the points for county line stations are not correct. It is a
time consuming nut to crack and the users could bypass any system by logging
separate QSO's. In addition, when a sponsor rescores the Cabrillo log it is
likely that they will credit points to every county line QSO in your log
anyway. Therefore, I simply cannot justify the time involved knowing the
outcome. Some sponsors have eliminated this entire issue by forcing the
county line stations to make separate contest QSO's (can't send a single
exchange) or eliminating county line operation.

FYI, N1MM+ is giving points for each county of a county line station.
Example: 40m SSB N3LI/CRN/POT/MCK is 3 points and 3 mults.
