[PaQSO] Donations to NARC

I second this suggestion by Bud! With the electronic submissions now in place
(woo hoo!), you can't just stuff a few bucks in the envelope like in the past. I
donated electronically and you can too. Scroll to the bottom of the PA QSO Store
page:
