[PaQSO] Bonus Stations

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to submit the Official Summary 
and Score Sheet from the nittany-arc.net website along with my log 
submission.  Is there some way to attach the two documents to each 
other?  Or do I put them both in a single folder and submit that?

I'm also not seeing how to add the bonus stations' extra score to my 
overall claimed score calculation for the 3830 reflector.  The on-line 
form doesn't seem to allow for adding that.  Any help?
