Rescore the log. The option is on the Tools menu.
You may have logged a zero point QSO then edited the contact.

Found the problem. WK2PAY was OK2PAY. Mystery solved.

I have 2 or 3 contacts that were scored 0 by N1MM for no apparent reason.
