[PaQSO] W3CG/m across northern tier

My XYL Laurie (N3KZI) and I will be m/s mobile east across the northern
tier on Saturday and then back west across mid-state on Sunday, similar to
what we did in 2012. We will once again be using the call W3CG/XXX and hope
to do better than the 22 counties we hit in 2012. Bread-and-butter will be
40 CW. Other bands and that other mode will depend on conditions and
activity.
