[PaQSO] Multiplier for Ontario & CA QSO Party

A couple of years ago the Canadian version of the ARRL, the CRRL,
subdivided Ontario into four separate sections.  They are designated as:

ONE:  Ontario East
ONW:  Ontario West
ONN:  Ontario North
GTA:  Greater Toronto Area

Note that the PA QSO Party (as well as at least the CA QSO Party which is
this weekend) still use only the single designator of ON for this and not
the four separate sections as listed above.

Again, note that the four separate sections do not apply to either the PA
or CA QSO Parties.  Only ON applies (per the 2014 rules).  I just wanted to
point this out to those who are familiar with the ARRL November Sweepstakes
contest and other contests that have been using the new sections.

Also, speaking of the CA QSO Party, which is this weekend, it might be good
to warm up the radios and antennas and make a few contacts with our friends
across the country. At the same time put in a plug for the PA QSO Party
because as much as they would appreciate a QSO from any and all of us this
weekend we would appreciate the QSOs the following weekend in return!
