[PaQSO] Planned County Line

After missing Cameron County last year we (N3BUD, AK3V, KY3W) have 
secured a site to offer the county lines of Cameron and Potter this 
year. Although not wishing the summer away we are looking forward to 
offering something different. Current plans are to operate a single 
multi op effort in both SSB and CW. Call sign for use this year is still 
up in the air but we will announce prior to the event. Cameron will not 
be a rare one this year.
