[PaQSO] Certificates received

Thanks Goody!

My success has much more to do with the station and especially this hilltop QTH than the operator. If I ever get really good at this game, look out! :-)

I'll also be analyzing and seeking to tweak. I look forward to another battle for the CAR bragging rights! May the best man win ... um ... but I'd rather it be me instead! 

One of these years, I'd like to take a stab at mobile, rover, or portable. As the beneficiary of those intrepid souls over the years, I feel a desire to "pay it forward" - giving the rare ones instead of just taking them! We shall see!
