[PaQSO] Certificates received

Glenn, congratulations on taking the CAR trophy!  Going all CW this year
undoubtedly caused me to lose a few mults, but you're a great op.  I'm
going to be analyzing my performance and figuring out what I need to tweak
for next October.  :-)
