Jeffs antenna is 18Q-foot self-supporting Rohn tower that is approximately thirty inches across at the top • it's not unsightly in that regard. Jeffs property is sloped downhill, with the tower location being more than 60 feet below the top of the hill. Jeff is an avid VHF/UHF/microwave radio amateur who, as we will demonstrate with competent technical information, requires this tower height in order to work those frequencies and also to support Chester County ARES,which he does in great measure.

While we will be prepared to present evidence and legal arguments at the Tredyffrin zoning hearing board on April 30 at 7:00 PM about such, we have concerns that the protestants may have prematurely drawn conclusions based solely on emotions and rumors without having first heard the facts. The April 30th hearing may also continue over to May 5 and May 22 with the antenna opponents asking for yet more hearings after that. Some of you may be entited to briefly speak at the zoning hearing if interested. Check it out, ask your area township supervisor and judge for yourself. What happens in this case will likely affect all radio amateurs in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Washington D.C..

This is the time for radio amateurs to stand up and be heard in these townships. Very few township radio amateurs I know of have come forth to provide counter-information to the serious untruths that have been told about us thus far, therefore suspected many did not know. Feel free to call me or to write to me at the below address.

Very truly yours,
