[PaQSO] PSK 31 and PAQP - (and I have no idea WHY my last TWO posts

I like that idea; I was thinking of something along the same lines.  It
would encourage digital operation enough to make it worthwhile, but not
such a huge change that would make it easy to overturn long-standing
records.  I like it.
