[PaQSO] Another N1MM question

I thought of that.
But as you said, Cabrillo V3 only has RY as the digital catch-all. I worked the bonus station on 40 meters RTTY and the next day on 40 PSK. Cabrillo V3 would say it's a dupe. The QSO party rules says it's a different mode.
I'd like to get credit for the two bonus station contacts.
Whats a guy to do?  ; )

Edit the cabrillo file to whatever the specs on the cabrillo file sez it
should be for RTTY and PSK.  According the the link from arrl.org, there
ain't no ID for PSK, but all the "non CW" digital modes, including RTTY,
Feld Hell, PSK-31, et nausea, are specified as "RY."

For eggzamble, KX9X of ARRL HQ says, in his article @
http://www.arrl.org/files/file/Contest%20-%20General/Tutorials/Submitting%20An%20Electronic%20Contest%20Log.pdf
If that gets truncated in transmission, try this itty bitty url

Sean says there ain't no specific ID for RTTY or other (Non CW) digital
modes.  "RY" is the ID for numerous kinds of "Non CW" digital modes.

So, following the advice of the grate gods on high @ ARRL, it would seem
that you'd change the mode on the Cabrillo file from PH to RY

Hope this helps

Seems like your computer is being driven by whatever is on your rig, so
when running PSK-31 or RTTY you have it the the Silly Sideband Mode, so
it tells the computer that you're running SSB instead of a "non CW
digital mode."   If you'd tell your computer to follow the band plan,
rather than follow the rig, it "probably" would have changed to "RY"
instead of USB or LSB. But, whenever I've tried that, there are always
exceptions - like I find a CW station where RTTY is specified in some
band plan, or RTTY or another (non CW) digital mode is found where CW is
specified.

Hope this helps.
