I take this opportunity to wish a very Happy 89th Birthday today to Ray Bilger, W3TDF.

Affectionately known as, "The Grump," Ray is a legendary contester, prolific 6m op, and lately, even 2m EME aficionado!

Ray still singlehandedly erects and climbs 30' towers for FD, and will likely demonstrate this again on Saturday at Louise Moore Park for the effort of the D.L.A.R.C.
