[PaQSO] WV QSO Party is coming up

Don't forget that the WV QSO Party is coming up on Saturday. I'll be
operating portable from Coopers Rock State Park (the Monongalia County
side).

Hope to work some of you. I'll likely be camped out on 40 meter SSB calling
CQ.
