[PaQSO] County Line Operation

I like county line operations. I like that it is a single QSO.
I agree with your proposal.. ...up to a point. If you change your "will" to a "may", I'd like it better.
With there being only 67 counties, I usually know what county I've worked, so when I hear the county-line operation, I log the county I don't have. Besides, I usually have a window up to check county's worked.
For example, if I hear a BERKS-LEHIGH operator, and if I've worked Berks, then I'll log it in Lehigh. Or vice versa.
It's like the situation with EPA/WPA, and I don't hear anybody griping about that. You know what I mean? There are two multipliers EVERYONE should get. You decide which county you want to use for EPA and which county you want for WPA.
