[PaQSO] County Line Operation

I like the idea. Lets keep working on it. We can figure this out!

In 1984 there were seven (yes 7!) county line stations.  Notably, KB3NV 
activated FRA/FUL/HUN, W3HDH did WYO/SUS/BRA, and W3SVJ ran FOR/JEF/CLA. 
Yikes! I'll bet that would even slow down AA3B.

Keep the ideas coming.
Lets not throw out the baby with the bath water.
