[PaQSO] Query regarding county line stations

I'm in favor of keeping the county line stations.  It's one of those
things that gives the PA QSO Party its special personality.  It's
great finding an "easter egg" like a county line station during the
Party and adds to the excitement.

If folks can't figure out their logging program or they have some
ancient or arcane program that can't handle it well, then they can log
just one county and avoid the trouble.  If the county line entries
displayed a picture of a hot YL on their logging program or it made
their computer dispense beer, you can bet they would figure it out
real quick and remember how to do it next year.
