[PaQSO] KD8MQ plans

Hi everyone,

My PA QSO Party plans as they stand right now are to operate portable from
JEF, and not go rover this year.

In the meantime, I'll be working with the W8LKY group in the Ohio QSO Party
on August 25th. we'll be activating Mahoning County, OH.

Then, on September 8th, I'll be doing a single op from Lake Hope State Park
(Vinton County, OH) in the Ohio State Parks on the Air Contest. More info
