[PaQSO] Rover entry question

Hi everyone,

Since this is my first (and not last) Rover entry, I want to make sure I'm
reading the rules right.

I understand that I need to submit a separate summary sheet for each county
I operated from.
These summary sheets lists only the number of QSO's, and mults I worked from
that particular county.

Then, on the final summary sheet, I calculate the final score.

The multipliers can be claimed only once per entry; not once per county of
operation.

If I'm off base, someone please point me in the right direction.
