Thanks.  John:

I did specify I was QRP once when setting up N1MM, but somehow when I 
came to the Cabrillo file it had me for "HIGH" power.  I might have set 
up a new version of the contest, because I had been playing around with 
features prior to the event.

I didn't realize that there was a 2X multiplier when I first submitted 
my score to the 3830 reflector.  I manually changed the "HIGH" to "QRP" 
when proof reading the Cabrillo file for submission.  I'll go back to 
N1MM, find the place to (again) specify QRP, and see what happens when I 
make a new Cabrillo file.
