[PaQSO] Log question and WB3W Software issue

The paper summary sheet must be mailed, preferably with a donation of 
$3,00 or more to cover expenses.

The log, if it is in cabrillo format, doesn't need to be converted to 
paper.  If it's not in cabrillo format, a dupe sheet is required, which 
I read can be sent electronically.

I personally think that a donation of $3.00 to a University ARC is a 
great bargain.  There are very few School clubs anymore.   My Alma 
Matre, University of Denver, has an ARC on paper (NØDU) but the last 
time I tried contacting them or the license trustee, I didn't get a 
reply..  The School ARC which sponsors a state QSO party is even more 
rare - is PAQP the only State QSO party event with such a sponsor?
