[PaQSO] Log question and WB3W Software issue

2 Questions:

1.  I used the WB3W software for the PA QSO party.  What file(s) from that
software need to be emailed in for my log?  If emailing in the log, do paper
logs still needed to be mailed (USPS) in?

2.  Did anyone else have issues with the WB3W software not properly
identifying DUPES?  Several times I had other ops come back to me telling me
that I was a dupe although my software didn't tell me so.  I checked both
contacts (previous with the station and the current contact) and, most
times, confirmed that the proper mode, proper band, and proper callsign was
entered.  Sometimes the info was exactly the same indicating a fault with
the software.  Other times, the software correctly popped the Dupe screen
up.  Rather strange.
