Hello All,

WU3U/R will be out there tomorrow - on CW and SSB.

If you have been following the reflector of late - CHE has been running extremely rare the last several PAQPs and promises to be very rare again this year.

So I will open up in CHE and for those who want to get in on the action early, I am meeting up with a friend on 7.175 MHZ SSB at 11:30 AM EST from CHE just before the contest starts.

I will then open the contest on SSB on that frequency so if you want first crack at CHE, such will be your chance to get it out of the way early.

I will then operate from DCO, then PHI.  I may go from CHE, to DCO, to PHI and then go back in reverse order to cover varying band conditions - playing this by ear.

PHI also promises to be on the rare side - no one has checked into the reflector (other than me) saying that they will be on in PHI.

I am not sure about the rest:  MGY, BUX, LEH, and BER - I probably won't move from the rarer counties until I am satisfied I have done all I can from them - let's say that the rest are "maybe" but I am pretty sure I will get to at least MGY.

I don't think I will be in NHA.

It may be that the CHE, DCO, and PHI will be enough to keep me busy given the excellent band conditions we have been having and I plan to milk each county for all it is worth - both calling CQ and search and pounce, as high and low as the propagation allows.

Anyhow, off to bed for much needed rest and to recharge my batteries.
