N1MM Logger users can import Bud's list into the program so when the
callsign is entered, the county is automatically populated. 

Below you will find Bud's list in a form ready to import. You need to have 
a recent version installed.

You can also include the exchanges from your last year(s) logs in the call 
history database. They are easily exported.

If you have questions, just ask.

Hi,

Sorry for the off-topic.
This was in our local paper yesterday. Some prof's from my alma Matter lost
a balloon over WPA. The GPS enabled cell phone stopped calling. I guess they
didn't know that cell phone coverage is not 100%, and doesn't improve with
altitude.
Too bad they didn't have a Ham on the project. APRS would be perfect for
this.
If anyone sees it, please call them.
